out of powerhouse Woodlawn H.S. in "Shreves-port" LA!

https://www.hattiesburgamerican.com/stor...051871001/

Hear he is a Jalen Richard-type runner. Big schools backed off because he hasn't passed ACT yet (take it twice like me and add up the scores!)...at one time Texas A&W was the favorite.

Doubt La France commits now (durn, couldn't wait to hear the cry, "Viva La France!" 04-cheers)

Honestly I was hoping for Lafrance. Mosley looks like an every down back but Lafrance is a dynamic back in the open field. Where did you see that A&M had interest ? All the offers I see for Mosley are the usual Sun Belt/C-USA suspects we recruit against.

He was favored to go to A&M in early Scout forecasts.....

The big schools at the bottom of his list were interested early, but were worried about grades (or so I've been told)...2,500 yds rushing in THAT N. Lousiana District is purty darn good against purty darn good competition.

I'll also say this about recruiting against our "usual C-USA/Sunbelt suspects": We haven't lost a decent recruit to any of them....and while most of our 3 stars don't have an Alabama, Clemson or Georgia after them, we have done quite well against AAC, ACC, Big 10 and PAC 10 competition (and of course, I don't mean Ohio State or USC, but I do mean Indiana, Minnesota, Oregon State and Washington State, who are all down in the Deep South this year!)

For what it's worth 04-cheers

I think Mosley is a good back. I’ve seen his tape and he has good vision and is physical for his size. I think he is a good every down back down the road when he gets to around 200 pounds.

For some reason I’m always partial to the smaller backs that are electric in the open field like Tracey Lampley. They just add an extra dimension to your offense. To me Lafrance is more of that guy. I’d love to have both.

Is he using the Force? The tacklers just, kinda... dissipate. Like they suddenly lose interest, or forget what they're about.

Freaky.
