Committed to Princeton, must be an intelligent kid... Would be great to get him on campus!
"Alabama and Auburn are a couple of schools," said White. "Now with my brother going to Memphis, Memphis is trying to come back into the picture a little bit. Boise State too. But mainly those two SEC schools though with Chip Lindsey over there and Alabama not signing any guy. Those are the two ones that are intriguing to me most. So we’ll see what happens."
White's older brother, Brady, is grad transferring to Memphis and reuniting with Mike Norvell, the former Arizona State offensive coordinator who recruited White and is now the head coach there.
Memphis offered Brevin early on and with Brady there, they could be an option since the opportunity to play with him is real.
"Yeah it does affect it a little bit," said White. "Me and my brother have a tremendous relationship. I don’t want to say that was the goal all along but we definitely either wanted to be in the Pac-12 or both on the same team, just so we could be on the same level, be with each other. It’s a pretty unique opportunity."

As much as I would love to see him sign with the Tigers, I’d tell him to go to Princeton and get that priceless education.

Based on a number of political articles i have seen written by Ivy league law professors i have to wonder if the Ivy League education is actually worth what they charge.

Not priceless. It's $61,600 a year and offers no chance of scholarship. Great education combined with $240,000+ in debt upon graduation ain't priceless.

I'm sure a lot of parents, who paid $150K for an Ivy League degree for their kid who now is unemployed and lives in their basement, would agree.

This day in age, graduate degrees are where kids differentiate themselves. Also helps, ensure they don't come out of undergrad with a ridiculous amount of debt; though I do understand it all varies from house hold to house hold. Get the free undergrad and pay 2yrs vs 4 for graduate school. That's a lot of years of Ramen Noodles.

The connections you get at an Ivy league school are supposed to be where the real worth is. No idea, but that is what I've read.

Yes, this is the true value of a school like Princeton, Harvard, Yale, etc.

Ivy league programs give academic scholarships instead of 'athletic' scholarships. Usually close to full tuition with additional aid based on need.

Please don’t make it seem that the academic scholarships are just handed out to athletes. These are all given based on quantitative and qualitative measurements, as are the financial aid programs.

But I bet they do have a way for working themselves out.

At any level, education just gets a young person a foot in the door. Achievement on the job is what ultimately differentiates in a career.

U2 are funny.
But the beautiful thing about the ivy league schools is if you can get accepted and need can't afford the tuition they will let you attend for essentially a discounted rate... That is what having an endowment that is out of this world will do for you.

Thanks, humor was my goal. But the $150K was the discounted rate. Full price tuition and board for Princeton is over $60K annually.
