look who's getting ready to run out of water first.....gonna blame this on DJT too???
http://www.latimes.com/world/africa/la-f...story.html
Quote:South Africa’s second-largest city is facing its worst drought in a century, with its water supply expected to run dry April 21.
They’re calling it “Day Zero.” In this city of 4 million, people will have to line up in the streets at just 200 water stations. The police and army will enforce a limit of 6.6 gallons per person and adopt measures to control crowds. Some experts believe evacuations will be necessary.
oh boy.....they're prepared like cali.....

Very sad news. I believe the Southern Hemisphere has been experiencing more droughts than the Northern Hemisphere, partly because of global warming affecting the Northern Hemisphere at a faster rate than the Southern Hemisphere.
There was a blog the other day here in Houston that even though Houston has had one of its 10 coldest Januarys ever (thus far), the last time we had a January this cold resulted in our hottest summer ever.
It doesn't surprise me that while we are having such an extreme winter here in the central and eastern United States, some of the areas going through summer are having such an extreme weather at the other side of the spectrum (Melbourne with its second hottest day ever too).
We really need to work on better and more effective ways of desalination. Cape Town is obviously on the water.

Desalinization should be much of the answer for California, too. Of its four largest metro areas, LA, San Fran, and San Diego are on the coast, and while Sacramento is inland, parts of the city are below sea level, so pumping should be relatively cheap and easy.

It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Heck Fort Bend figured it out. Here in El Paso we're in the middle of the Chihuahua Desert and we have a Desalination Plant. I guess us Texicans are smarter than Los Californios with a whole ocean in their front yards. Duh!

Water forms ICE. You will be arrested in Californios for assisting ice.

Apparently one of the two provinces not governed by the ANC. Sounds like payback by the ANC.

I'm shocked that the places running out of water arent asking Obama's EPA for help. What a track record on water that numbnut had.
