Not sure what your definition is of “Pro Style” QB, but most would say you are either pro style or dual threat. I would categorize Santa as a Pro Style as does most sites.

Saw a story this afternoon - Illinois has had 15 transfers out since the end of the season. 15!

They will have almost completely turned over the roster in the span of about 24 months. I think there are only 13 original scholarship players (as opposed to walk-ons given scholarships since) left from the 2014 and 2015 classes recruited by Beckman. They played an absolute ton of freshmen last year ahead of a bunch of kids they inherited, and those inherited kids are leaving. Add in that Cubit’s interim year class wasn’t any good and they’ll have a ridiculously young roster and depth chart for the 2nd straight year.

Good question. I remember last season was the first time he got playing time due to serious injuries.

Yeah, he is still at Illinois. I’d think he’ll go into next year 2nd on the depth chart at RB.
