UC and OSU have played 2 times since UC beat them for their national titles in the 60s. Once the year after Huggins was fired on a neutral court. The second in the NCAA tourney.

LOL. That 2006 game we had Conner Barwin walk on and start for us at power forward covering Greg Odin. Yeah, that Conner Barwin...the pro bowl LB for for the Philadelphia Eagles.

but in that situation, I would have said, "pass"

The NCAA tourney, we gave em' a run. They were the better team. But if you recall, we had taken the lead in the second half and on two straight possessions SK missed a three. Had he hit both of those, the lead would have been 9 I believe and who knows.

Oh well...as long as we skull drag them next year in THE SHOE, I'm good.

And hats off to their new head coach who see's the value in playing UC and XU.
