Would really like to see Madlock on the sidelines at Memphis as an assistant. Has recruited Memphis really well at UTEP, Auburn and Ole Miss.

That is a hell of a staff for under $700,000. I would try and have Penny accept $455,000 to get it down to an even $600,000; which is fair for a former player, and in fact they are all former players so they should all be willing to work for less. IF attendance goes to 12,000 per game bump Penny to $3.5 million.
