Good win, I was on the road, couldn't watch, maybe I'll find a way to catch a replay.
I do think that the better we are, the better chance that we can attract some decent recruits. I really want this to work. I bet Tyler Harris watched the game. It is a dilemma, Tubby can clearly coach, he just can't get elite players. I was so disgusted watching the Cinci game I almost threw in the towel, we looked so incredibly bad; but somehow he got the ship righted. Hell, maybe Cinci is really that good.
I really like the team, a ton of heart. No chance you could accuse these guys of giving less than their all. We need more talent, the more wins we get, the more likely that talent arrives.

Yeah that's why winning 17-18 games sucks, it's just enough not to make any kinda move only to see the same kinda season next year followed by a small rebuild for 2019-2020 season.

It wasn't the prettiest win, but obviously the effort from the team is there. Congrats to the tiger players. I've been concerned with the constant negativity from fans effecting the players. Also worried a player might transfer due to it and it won't make recruiting any easier, so maybe this will squash the negativity for a moment.
I wish but it hasn't even squashed the negativity in this thread.
Does this win change the fact that Tubby isn't the right coach for this program? No. Not sure where negativity turned into honesty. It's what he does everywhere, he wins just enough to not get fired until he shows that he can't get over the hump. It's imho naive to think this season was going to be or is going to be anything but mediocre. If that makes me a miserable then i'm a miserable. BTW first time the Tigers pull out a win in Philly while attending.
