Braxton Westfield
Scrolling through the roster checking out who comes back next year and noticed that receiver Braxton Westfield is no longer on the roster. Was hoping he would pan out, big receiver with a lot of potential.

Also, the South Carolina O-Lineman transfer seems to be gone as well.

Hawkins was likely our best recruit. Lots of FBS offers. Played as a true Freshman. Did not travel to Elon. I would like to know why he left the program.

Hawkins never dressed for a game
I don't know about dressing or not, but do know he never played. I also asked the DNR reporter what was up with him but received no response. Since Madia has responded to my questions before, maybe this was of a more sensitive/private nature. And agreed, it is a real shame to lose the jewel of our freshman recruits, especially in a position of such need.

He served a one game suspension at the beginning of the year, which may be a clue.
