Didn't Clyde Drexler have a couple of productive years in the league? During his career, he was a ten-time All-Star, and named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History.

He didn't turn out to be a good coach at all. He coached the Cougars in 1998–1999 and 1999–2000 compiling a 19–39 record in his two seasons.

So Self is set to much better manage the situation.

I really don't know if Penny would be a good coach or not. I really don't know. When Penny is mentioned for coach the Drexler thing comes to mind. I think Clyde went straight from the pros to coaching at Houston so he really had no prior experience. If I remember correctly the good thing was that he realized how bad at coaching he was and was not fired but he stepped down after two horrible years.

That was then? Didn't say Self would not hire a dad. Said Self can better manage this particular situation by keeping Keelon at a distance. So Chalmers' situation really has nothing to do with this.

Yep, Keelon did nothing wrong but some people must have a scapegoat and just pile crap on top of him over and over and over and throw out the cancer word and "the Lawsons" like it is a curse word. How blind they truly are.

My father died from brain cancer and my dog is dying from liver cancer, whenever some creep, disgusting, low-life piece of filth uses the word "cancer" to describe kids it offends the heck out of me.
