I pretty muck lost all respect for Saban several weeks ago when he said all P5 school should only schedule other P5 schools. He said that the fans and players have no interest in playing programs that aren't P5. If he really believed that, he would practice what he is preaching. Instead, he is putting Mercer on the schedule.

He's been saying that for the past few years now. Also, it's unfair that his players only get 1 week off in between the semi-finals and (consolation) Championship.

Actually in that linked New York Post article those were the least offensive comments from Saban regarding the G5(UCF) I think I have ever seen.

Alabama wins and multiple computer systems have ucf at #1. Along with many outside of ucf. I think we get a few AP votes too. We have a legit argument at the title. No a worry for the g4 though.

You take offense to everything I say. I agree with you, and love what UCF is doing. But nothing Saban said is false, or even insulting. At the end of the day, Alabama or UGA will be crowned the champion, and the only people that are going to really care a few years down the line are UCF. That is not a bad thing. Danny White is the man.

Saban is pompous as Finebaum. Long as the fix is in for Bama their good.
