I like Bison. Little leaner than beef, but just as good IMHOP. Had a lot of bison burgers over the years, mostly out west. Course a little pricier than beef.

I did my part and had a bison burger last week while vacationing at the Biltmore.
Are the NDSU fans eating their dogs? Real fans would.
