Exactly. The guy couldn't win at Indiana. COuldn't get top Indiana recruits.

Crean is not who you want. It's the same mistake. He wouldn't be as bad as Tubby

The thinking behind the Pastner hire was correct: young guy, good recruiter, hard worker. We just overlooked his glaring personality and control problems.

Get a guy about 35-40 that's been winning his way up. Don't hire anybody who's been fired from their previous job (unless it's NBA)
