The “rebranded” American is 3-0 in BCS/NY6 Bowl games with UCF winning two of the three. UCF is also the only team from a non-cartel conference to win a both a BCS and NY6 Bowl, and we did it within the last 4 years which is a more current reflection of conference strength.

UCF is not the only team though. BSU won 2 BCS bowls and an access bowl in 2014. If facts are important to you at all.

You are correct, #20 Boise St beat #10 Arizona.

Man I just looked at payouts. Fiesta bowl paid out 24 million in 2014 while the peach only paid out 12 million. What's up with that?
