Next 10 games (just don't want anyone, anywhere to forget what this maroon has done to our Tigers)
After losing 82-48 to #8 Cincinnati
Memphis (9-5) now ranked #184, behind Canisius @180, Liberty @163, Rider @144
Georgia Tech (6-7) now #137 with losses including Grambling@327, Wofford@175 & Wright State@179

75 UCF
98 Tulsa
136 Tulane
72 Temple
127 UCONN
98 Tulsa
8 Cincinnati
295 USF
315 ECU
13 WSU

We are supposed to win 2 of the next 10, which would put us at 11-13, we need to win 2 we're supposed to lose to remain above .500. More likely we'll be 10-14. Thanks Tubby!

Sagarin has us 3-7 over the next 10, and 5-12 the rest of the season to finish 14-17. yikes

Based on the last two games, I think that's generous.

UPDATED
Next 10 games (Tubby has started whining and blaming the players and us)
After losing 65-56 to #75 UCF, losing streak now 3 in a row

Memphis (9-6) now ranked #186, down 2, between William & Mary and Duquesne (two other team feeling the tough new world of college basketball set in) Elon @182, Liberty @150, Lipscomb @127 College of Charleston@101, ETSU@76, SMU@23

Georgia Tech (7-7) now #121 with losses including Grambling@334, Wofford@174 & Wright State@179 (because that team keeps coming up)

104 Tulsa
136 Tulane
74 Temple
123 UCONN
98 Tulsa
8 Cincinnati (haven't heard you can't)
295 USF
315 ECU
11 WSU (haven't heard you can't)
75 UCF

We are supposed to win 2 of the next 10, which would put us at 11-14, we need to win 3 we're supposed to lose to remain above .500. That ain't happening. Do you think we go 5-5 over the next 10 beating Tulsa, Tulane, UCONN, USF and ECU? Anything is possible, I guess. My guess, 12-13.

GT moved up to #121 due to their victory over 15th ranked Miami(FL) - the fourth time Pastner had beaten a top 15 team in less than two seasons.

RE: Next 10 games UPDATED
I predict our first losing record since 99-00 and Tubby will not be fired. He had to "clean house" after his first year so the rebuild began this year. He will get another year to "turn it around." We will endure another season similar to this one, maybe even having a record slightly above .500 and Tubby will claim progress. He may even convince the powers that be to keep him around for another year. I am getting depressed just typing out this scenario.Tubby is not the guy, but it may take 4 years to get him out of here. I pray that I am wrong.

I am not as pessimistic as many on here. We played on the road a decent team last night and were in it for most of the game. I see us winning 4 of the next ten UCF,ECU, one of Tulsa games, and USF. We have a chance vs. Tulane, UCONN and Temple.

Yup, but that is where we are today. The big problem I see is next year all out Juco's will be seniors and we will probably be a middle of the road team, and then we rebuild to mediocrity again.

When UCF lost to WV by 38 points, did Knights have all their best players?

Their 20-point stud from last year has only played in 1 game this year, a win vs. Mercer.

Sagarin says we're supposed to win 3 of those - Tulane due to home court. While 8-2 should be the goal, I'm guessing it's 3-7.

We really need a win to stop the bleeding as we face the 3 T's over the next 3 games. We definitely have to win our only 2 shots at road wins @ USF and @ ECU. After those 2, we're looking at a probable 6 game losing streak.

I wonder how they figure that? What all goes into coming up with a line? Because we are winless and they are tied for the lead in the conference. I guess it’s based on we are at home and they figure we won’t lose four in a row.
