Had an awful night from the free throw line (5 for 14) & got outrebounded 45-29.

We actually didn’t have a bad night on that front: 52% from the field and 3-for-11 on 3s. A hair better than Marshall in the former, and only a hair worse in the latter.

We got scorched on the perimeter again. Marshall let it fly and made 10 3s out of 30. We attempted 11. That plus the horrible FT shooting were enough by themselves to hand over the game.

Marshall lets 3s fly no matter who they play. Holding them to 10 of 30 is actually not bad. Getting outrebounded by a zillion is what killed us. Which when you only have 2 guys over 6’4 what do you expect ?

Somehow basketball is managing to trend downward. How tf is that even possible

and it was man D all night.....we can't guard the perimeter....and everybody knows it....

the trey is killing us....and basketball in general.....

we don't have the depth to press and change out....

the tools in that shed don't exist......
