RE: Ownership dispute
All we can do is wait. Whatever is happening the lid is on pretty tight. For those that hope Robert Pera retains majority status, as I do, the good news is Ubiquiti stock, Pera’s company, is trading at nearly an all time high at over $70 a share. That’s a far cry from the $15 a share when Pera bought the team. Pera is now a billionaire, many times over. Even as an absentee owner, the money Pera has put in the franchise and FedExForum is impressive. He’s definitely well funding this franchise. I fear if Stephen Kaplan gets control he’ll reinstall Jason Levine as GM. I don’t want to return to those dark days. Kaplan and Levien co purchased a historic English Premier League team a few years ago they’ve run into the ground and is near last place in the 20 team league and headed for certain relegation to a lower league by seasons end.

Levien cost us the title in 2013.

How?

We traded 35-40 points of offense for a guy who was past his prime, a quadruple A guy, and a prospect who is never going to get it.

If we had Speights, Ellington, and Gay, we’d have had a deeper team that would have been better than the WCF finalist.

RE: Ownership dispute
I believe that it was announced on 11/30/17, so I'm guessing either February 28th or March 1st.
