Since the turn of the century, only 20 programs in college football have won at least 66 percent of their games.

ODU will play in the AAC one day. It may take a decade or more, but it will happen. Our school and market have a lot to offer to a conference and it will only continue to grow as time goes by.

As goes our area as does ODU. Miniums latest tweet about re branding Hampton Roads. Go Virginia initiative and a sense of "working together. Once this region becomes cooperative the sky is the limit.

To the OP. Good press!!! Nice.

Not going to happen. When the region works together, Norfolk or Virginia Beach benefits at the expense of everyone else. Working together gave us the light rail boondongle, tolls on the downtown and midtown tunnels, and plans of a "ring of fire" of tolls around the entire region. Not working together is getting 64 widened from Jefferson Ave to Richmond with no tolls. Been in the area throughout my 40 year life and the worst of it was the 10 year period where everyone waz pushing regionalism.

RE: College Football's winningest programs since 2000
So I looked back to rank the wins against the "best" teams (this eliminated all FCS wins in the absence of wins against Georgia Southern).
Here is what I came up with:

1. 2014 - Louisiana Tech (9-5)
2. 2014 - @ Rice (8-5)
3. 2016 - Eastern Michigan (7-6) (Bahamas Bowl)
4. 2016 - Southern Miss (7-6)
5. 2017 - @ FIU (8-5)

3-5 could be in a different order, but I think 1 & 2 are pretty secure at the top of the list.

Should I say this when people ask me why ODU loses a lot and doesn't make bowl games?

No because most of these wins were at FCS level.

If someone tells you ODU loses alot, you should ask them if they are paying attention.
