We desperately need it to, maybe Childers having this last month to do nothing but study tape, practice, and train will somehow flip a switch.

Hopefully the switch will allow him to complete a pass greater than 10 yards.

The two teams that played in the MAC champisionship game lost their two Bowl games by a combined score of 84-3.

Motown is right, DPN, there is no other option. Coach Carey cooked the goose and NIU has no chance of upgrading to a better conference.

CUSA or Sun Belt are not going to happen, and neither would be an attractive landing spot, anyway. Do you want NIU to go independent again?

You don't like the MAC, I get that - you certainly are not alone with that opinion. However, I would be curious if you have an exit plan and what that may be.

Those are against #1 teams and you weren't favored. Bowl games can be very hard to determine which team will show up. Most teams have been embarrassed in bowl games. The difference is Toledo was favored in this game.
