Since the failed attempt of the XFL in 2001, there have been lots of changes. Its almost a totally different game of football now and the safety issues are magnetized by 1000 now.
Somethings Id like to see:
I would like to see just the opposite of what they done the last time. If the ball is kicked off at the start of the game/half/score and is put in the end zone, then the ball can't be returned and is placed on the 30 yard line. If it is kicked off and is caught at say the 8 then the ball is placed on the 10 and so forth in 10 yard increments up unto the 30.
FGs that are 55 yards or more worth 4 points instead of 3, FGs 25 yards or less are 2 points instead of 3, 26-54 worth 3.
65 man roster, 25 offensive players, 25 defensive players, 10 special team players, 5 players that can play both ways.
If a kickoff or punt goes out of the back of the endzone its a "single", the team who kicked off gets 1 point. Ive always loved the "single" or as its actually called in the CFL a Rouge. Only in the CFL its a single if the ball isn't returned from the endzone. But if you made it this far then you've seen my 1st change and that wouldn't be possible.
