2018 Athletics Donations(No Politics Please)
Hey there folks. With the new tax reform and its impact on tax deductible donations for schools...

1. Do you foresee your program changing perks at donation levels?
2. Does this change the amount you plan to donate?

I’ve never given to the university for tax purposes so my pledge will not be impacted.

I do however plan to prepay club seats in 2017 as starting in 2018 premium seating, of which a portion was considered a charitable deduction, will no longer be tax deductible.

2018 donations for many LTRs will be given next week to get tax donation for this year and benefit next year. That will give the booster clubs a year to find a loophole.
