The guy who acts like he gives a damn about the program when it is bandwagon jumping time

I'm no insider, but I recently spoke with one of the BJCC Board of Directors. He was very positive about the stadium getting built. I mentioned the mayor, and the impression he gave me is the mayor was all in for getting it done.

Of course this all means beans until shovels are in dirt, but it's nice to hear all this positivity.
