The photo wasn't rigged it was an actual photo

You can't deny Upstate NY doesn't have great vistas even in Syracuse...

Yeah, we're in the ghetto, a couple miles from Center City, in one of the best cities in the entire country. Not in a ******* frozen tundra that makes Omsk look exciting.

Yawn...Syracuse is no colder than Detroit or Chicago. Obviously you have never been there...does it have crappy neighborhoods? Sure, but it also has beautiful areas, great architecture and awesome vistas. I see a ton of PA license plates in CNY to vacation in the summer.

Are you trying to get us to move to Syracuse? No thank you. Your state taxes are out of this world, probably your local and property taxes as well, but I can't confirm or deny that. Now, with the new tax bill passed, you won't be able to deduct some of that, if you are earn lots of money.

No one earning lots of money chooses to live in Syracuse.
Good it allowed me to buy a waterfront cottage on Lake Ontario for under $100k

I live there most of the year and have a three season cottage on Lake Ontario.

Trust me when I tell you that in all the times my wife and I went to the Finger Lakes we never once uttered the phrase 'Let's go to Syracuse'. The PA plates you saw must be folk without GPS who were reading their maps up side down. Another poster was right. Time to quit this thread and move on with your life.

The Finger Lakes are great. Ithaca is gorges. Skaneateles is a cool little town. Watkins Glen, Penn Yan Canandaigua, and even Geneva with it's bustling food/wine scene are all WAY better than Syracuse.

Also, Go Bonnies!

Really love all those towns. And Hammondsport, too and Ithaca. Penn Yan has a nifty old buckwheat mill. Fished a stream that connects two lakes up that way and stayed at many B&B's. Loved the wineries along the lakes.

There was a reason Temple was kicked out of the Big East

BTW I'll take a win over Clemson any day to beating FYI in Bad Boy Bowl

How about that lose to Middle Tennessee State? When will you take that? COGS

I took it in early September...and moved on.

Sure it is fun to play in a bowl game but I'll take a win over the Defending National Champ and current #1 ranked team anyday over a bowl win in front 6-8k fans

And so would Vick if he is being honest
I heard they are building a statue of Dino Babers for his win over a Clemson team w/o its starting QB for most of the game. Under neath it proudly says 4-8. When you think of bigtime football, you think of a pathetic snowbound outpost that is a punching bag in its conference.
On the back, the statue says, "Dont ask me about Middle Tennesse State"

Rutgers, Maryland and BC will be mailing you an invitation to the newly formed Irrelevant Club

Interestingly enough, Syracuse could not continue to support their AAU affiliation after receiving it via some oddball donations in the 1960s to fund research that ended up elsewhere (e.g. athletic facilities). Syracuse was effectively told to leave the AAU by member organizations. However, it is spun quite differently by folks associated with the university.

Nobody here really cares. On that note, why are you here? Do you want the oranges to join the AAC?
