an under the freedom of information act ,i respectfully ask for the owners ,name,bussiness address,telephone number ,and e-mail address.and the
details of said abuse.

What exactly is "banding" in the sports message board world? I've heard of banning, but banding?

We replied to him with excerpts from the Communications Decency Act and basically made him look silly again.

I'm now going to ban him on the entire server.. but this means I need to be real exact when dialing in the bad IP ranges. So, on the two broad ranges I banned, I am reopening those. As he shows up -- I'll ban them.
