Sampson would be the icing on the cake. Said it the day he became available again, he should be WMU's priority. Helps we are going to put an offensive lineman in the NFL for a 3rd straight year.

However, the SEC is difficult to say no to. I think it's down to us and Miss. State.

Come on stupid, none of those NFL guys you refer to were recruited by Bono or Enos for that matter. Stop trying to hang past success on Bono. You’ve just been hammered in recruiting by Western, Eastern, and Toledo, yet you pretend the future is bright.

Man oh man, that would be a stellar offensive line with him and Antwan Reed.

Bono with a strong finish, lands a QB from Petoskey.
No stars, no offers.

Yikes. Petoskey went 3-6 and only scored 22.7 PPG. They must be offering him as an athlete. The kid had offers from Ferris State, Northwood and Davenport.

He did hold a PWO offer from CMU, but he just visited them and was offered a full scholarship. Committed on the spot.

Desperation move from Bono and staff.

Think about it. He was a PWO but to keep him out of the hands of Davenport, Ferris, and Northwood he had to waste a scholarship. The guy simply can’t recruit. He’s dull, uninspiring, mumbles, and rambles. I’m sure he’s a nice guy, just can’t sell it. Out recruited by a guy whose team won one game, and a guy who can’t put 1000 fans in the seats.

RE: Worst class I’ve ever seen
you can watch 30 seconds of his film and you can tell he was recruited to either play defense or will be a TE. I watched his first 6 offensive highlights and they were all drop back passes that he chose to scramble. Not one throw. He wasn't recruited to play QB...

He looks to be a tremendous athlete and could be a nice player for them if he can add on weight and keep his athleticism.

Ahhh, so the secret to success is to find players nobody else wants.

I pity those 102 three star MAC recruits. They’ve got no chance.

UT finishing strong, adding 3 three star commits, two out of former Cubit strong hold Lauderdale Aquinis. UT is likely done at 26. I don’t think we can catch them unless Sampson commits and they don’t change him to a 3 Star. Basically came down to who had more scholarships.

But the clear winner is #7 CMU who opted for the tried and true method of finding kids nobody else wanted.

I thought the new rules stated that a team can only sign 25 players a year no matter what. Can't move them to previous year. That could mean some of those verbals will not sign and move the Toledo rankings down.

PJ lived off of large classes early in his tenure that made his early recruiting classes seem much better overall with regard to recruiting rankings... I honestly think that if you are in the top 5 of any class in your conference you are doing some good work...

They show 9 commits in the second signing period. Maybe they know they’re not taking them all.

Not that simple.. BSU's class is nowhere near the quality of WMU or UT.. hell theres a big drop from WMU/UT to no. 3 NIU.

Not to mention many of his classes only oversigned by maybe 2 or 3... Take out a couple of them and we’d still have the top class.
