im sure theyll ignore smu's coach left and the interim quit 2 weeks ago when he wasnt given the full time job...and smu is currently being coached by dykes (their new coach) in a system he knows nothing about because 2 weeks is too quick to teach a new system

LT is a much better team than their record shows and much better than SMU...I think the majority of their losses were by 7 points or fewer. Hell, took us scoring 11 points in the final 2 minutes to force overtime, which we ending up winning.

BTW, 28-7 LT is rolling. SMU is dunzo. What'll be the excuse? Couldn't get hype for a CUSA team? Coaching turnover?

Will this game count in the #P6 data that will inevitably be pushed out at AAC meeting days in July?

There's so many teams that have no business in bowl games. The product is so severely watered down. Combine that with the constant coaching turnover which causes teams to be ill prepared and this is what you get. I'd be completely happy if Temple was sitting home because there's 10-15 less bowl games.

The only saving grace is these games are completely meaningless and no one remembers them.

I agree, that this had an effect. That is why I picked La Tech to win. However, La Tech is much better than their record shows, should have beat USC on the road, and as we have seen by match-ups, the middle of the CUSA is similar to the middle of the AAC, and certainly better than the bottom one-third.

They were too busy trying to teach Terry Bradshaw how to spell the word "cat".

Even after all of these years he still can't spell it right even with the "C" and the "T".

losing morris isnt the problem..losing the interim is the problem.. dykes just joined this team 2 weeks and is now being forced to coach a system he knows nothing about and players he isnt familiar with
