I have no idea how much a charter charges but considering the huge number of people boarding esp with a FB team you might be correct that flying charter might only be costing a little more vs a commercial.

RE: Lane Kiffin for a Decade
DJ96 is right that the cost difference is marginal. However, since airlines now aren't making much more per seat from charters, many of them have stopped offering them. This has led to a shortage of charter flights. Can't have planes sitting unused on a tarmac.

So strange

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/fau-o...story.html

Florida Atlantic quarterback Jason Driskel has decided he longer wants to play football.

On Thursday, Driskel took to social-media to announce he has ended his playing career. He posted on his personal Twitter page, “after a lot of thinking, talking with my friends and family, and prayer, I have made the decision to end my career. It was always a dream of mine to play quarterback at the FBS level and I’m proud of accomplishing that goal.It has never been a dream of mine, however, to play football beyond college.”

Better for FAU to find out now, than spring or summer practice. If Stock doesn't come back, I believe we will have the only returning starter in the East.

Yeah, agreed. Sounds like he is focused on his work career and wants to be able to still walk when he's 35.

Not sure they are sold on him.

Didn't he have a potentially career ending injury?

I love stories like that! 04-cheers
My 7th grade teacher said I wouldn't amount to much so 10 years after he said that I bought the house next to him and his mother. Sadly he died of a heart attack about 6 months after moving next door. His mother loved me as a neighbor!

Lane lost both coordinators. Who does he hire? Are there any 21 year old son of coaching legends around that need a job? :)
