Can we break the streak?
Just saw a stat that Marshall has the longest Bowl winning streak in the Country. They’ve won their last 6 bowl games. Is this the year we break our losing streak? What will it take to beat Duke?

We will have to score some points. Complete some passes for more that 15 yards to open the run game. Huff is out so we will need jones and Harrison to be great. Defense has to play like they have all season.

I think the running game will be fine with Harbison. However, Childers has really struggled to complete short, medium and long throws. It will be interesting to see if he has been able to progress in the short period of time between the end of the season and the bowl game. Hopefully they have coached him up and we will see some progress!

I would think being indoors should help Childers, but he hasn’t looked confident all season, so who knows.

Maybe 4 weeks of throwing indoors during practice will help Childers.

Duke's pass defense is rated #12 in the nation allowing only 174.8 yards per game.

Baylor burnt us for a couple of long touchdowns with a wide receiver who is tremendously fast (track star), but overall teams have had trouble passing against Duke. The defensive line creates pressure on the QB which complements two solid cornerbacks.
