This was a satisfying way to end the season.

Man, both Marshall and FAU should be pretty good next year.

The commentary noted several times how potent we should be next year.

For Marshall, we gotta win the South Carolina and NC State games...

So happy for Marshall! Y'all were our toughest conference game this season and I only see it being that much more difficult next season. I hope you're able to bring the success from this team into those USC & NC State games in 2018. We've got Oklahoma and a Frost-less UCF on our schedule.

Good win for the Herd. Good luck to the rest of CUSA in the remaining bowl games.

We needed this one to keep our bowl streak and winning percentage alive. We also needed this one for CUSA.

Yes I can’t wait till we get our annual beat down from a top 10 team. Usually it’s Alabama and Wisconsin, but bring on Oklahoma!

Oh no you don’t. That was the old FAU. You’re now league champions and are expected to carry the mantle. So you and Kiffen are going to delapidate Akron, beat the snot out of CF, and give OU everything they can handle. Win, and you’ve got inside track at the first G5 playoff berth, come close and you’re still sitting pretty for the first CUSA Access bid. I saw you guys nearly beat Florida couple years back forchrissakes! You can do this! You got it!

(And.. back on topic..) Just don’t overlook little ol’ Marshall along the way 03-wink

And yes.. congratulations Marshall! That win streak is impressive. I was torn on this one having grown up in northern Colorado a CU and CSU fan. But CU lost me in the 90s with all their crap and CSU lost me with the Airport Five.
So glad to see you guys close this one out and keep the CUSA domination of MWC trucking right along!
