Easy OOC
Next year will be ugly. I prefer an easier ooc schedule so we can try and run the table, get ranked, and get an access bowl. You guys are nuts for liking next year's schedule.

After a few years of getting recognition again then we maybe we can take a ride on space mountain! Keep winning and get a bump into AAC and then beyond.

I'd rather have a shot at 14-0, 13-1, a big bowl, ranking. Build the brand. Who wants 8-5

RE: Easy OOC
The BYU game isn't until late October. So most likely a 1-3 start with what ever team we schedule for week 3. BYU was pretty bad this year and can be a nice win as the team builds momentum down the stretch. The goal for next year is to win the west. So those tough OOC games shouldn't derail the season. Win the west and develop a qb. Thats 1 and 1A. I think 2019 is the year this group peaks and can maybe think top 25 by winning those OOC vs Utah, Nebraska and Vandy.

We're not strong enough with this staff to take on that many p5s. Maybe 1 one lower level p5, decent group 5 , fcs team mixed in. Get lucky and that's recipe that got us to orange bowl.

Who gives a **** about winning the worst conference in college football. We need more. It was working until the last few years. Can't bite off more than we can chew

Exactly, and nobody here could tell me who played in the sun belt or conference USA championship last year because nobody cares, but they will remember Troy beating LSU and of course NIU beating Nebraska.

You'd prefer the win against 4-8 Nebraska over winning the MAC Championship? Not me, but to each his own. I may take that win if it's over a top-5 P5 like we were close to doing at Ohio state over a MACC, but beating downtrodden P5's on their down year just seems like P5 envy to me.

The sad thing is he said win the West, not even win the MAC.

Division titles are meaningless.

We were supposed to play Idaho here but it was moved to 2023 for FSU. I like a challenging schedule and hopefully FSU and byu haven't bounced back yet next year. Would have loved to play them this year. Both were down. I don't mind mixing a G5 team for home and home if possible. I don't want to see all money games but getting Utah here and a promised return game from byu is worth the tough schedule.

Two 3rds of all FBS football teams, who did worse than 8-5.

We'll be stuck in the MAC with 8-5

RE: Easy OOC
Not as scary as it looks.

Utah went 6-6 this year, and we got em at home.

BYU was baaad this year.

FSU 6-6 this year and undergoing a coaching change. Still a lot of talent, but who knows.

@Iowa is the really tough one, even if they have no offense.

3-1 wouldn't surprise me, and would probably make Huskies leaders for Access Bowl going into conference.
