I would guess he has to sit out 18-19. Some have said we have a great number of WRs that will leave after 18-19 so he could fill a position of need w/experience...

Played WR. I think he got hurt late in frosh year(was on All-Freshman team) which may have lingered into this season...

I thought you could come up from FCS to FBS with no penalty?

No, you still have to sit out a year. You can go from FBS to D-2 without sitting out.
