Press conference at the University of Louisville at noon. It's for a "major announcement."

Don’t worry. The State of North Carolina will protect ALL its schools. Through action and message.

They may need it as Duke, NC, NC State & even Clemson are mentioned in the latest Yahoo article on the FBI probe.

Watch the difference. UofL had NO chance. The NBA crowd needed Pitino and Jurich gone. They need a damaged UofL. Watch the difference between UK “handling” and how UofL was/is handled. Watch what happens in North Carolina.
It’s interesting viewing.

I heard Dan Issel mention in one of his manny interviews when he became the spokesman for the NBA to Louisville campaign that Grissom was an owner of the ABA Louisville Colonels & that Papa John would be potentially in an NBA team. But I guess there's no smoke there.

And already an NBA Quality Arena available. Coincidence ? Knock UL down and a rabid Basketball community looking for a major player to satisfy the void . Making since.

UofL fighting back!
Not exactly the university but a consortium of fans, players & alumni are now suing the NCAA.

A very small nightlight can light up a dark room. They might not win, but oh what might be finally seen!
At the very least, a stubbed tow might be saved!

I have to think this will be dismissed for lack of standing in quick fashion.

From the link:

“We are committed to work with partner institutions to introduce NCAA legislation that will lead to more reasonable decisions ... and reform its enforcement process to provide a level of transparency, consistency, and fairness that it currently lacks," Notre Dame President the Rev. John Jenkins wrote last month.
