I really hope nobody caches DNS results for more than 24 hours. AT&T is the worst and they're typically 24 hours. Assuming it simply doesn't work for the device you're using (not a cellphone where it works/doesnt work depending on WiFi/LTE)... try clearing cache in your browser. It could be your browser caching the result.

Im on AT&T and still having issues getting it to work over LTE on both of my phones. Cleared browser cache and all that.

Same issues for me on mobile browser,

Sometimes at works sometimes I get the message csnbbs.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. For several hours.
I do have Uverse. Tried clearing browser cache and still would not work. Check back later it works for awhile then get the message for hours.

I've had intermittent issues all day at the office. Running Chrome or IE. I've cleared cache and still had issues up to about an hour ago.

Two things.......

1. Still can't access on my cell phone (cleared cache)

2. Still hoping for a kindergarten explanation to fix it

As best I can tell we're down to *some* of AT&T and Sprint still having having problems. Verizon seems to have completely cleared and I'll wildly guesstimate out of thin air and say about half of those on AT&T seem to be back now. Around 8 PM ET tonight (about 3 hours) should be the death knell of further issues, as that marks 48 hours and another UTC change over and thus another refresh from Ma Bell of DNS.

1) If that is over LTE, I can't help you unless your phone is rooted beyond "wait a little longer and it will clear up." If it is over WiFi, reply back if you're Android or iOS and I'll give some instructions.

2) My answer to #1 precludes being able to answer #2.

I have had same issue but found if I use a proxy then can connect. Use startpage.com or like and search Memphis tigers.org. find the hit but choose the proxy link... Just a work around

I'm using ProtonVPN through Iceland and it's working great.

Same here with AT&T U-verse. This was for my desktop & cell phone.

Yesterday I checked the site with “downoruprightnow” and it showed down and this evening randomly up and down. It finally showed up and stayed there.

BTW I could not connect to any Csnbbs.com sites during this time.

I experienced issues for several days...I just assumed the Germans had bombed Pearl Harbor again!.
