Exclamation Bill Blankenship... nice article
“Bill Blankenship helped slay the monster he helped create. Blankenship returned to Oklahoma high school football coaching in January and this season led Owasso to the Class 6A-I state championship, ending 21 straight years of either Jenks or Tulsa Union winning the state's large-school class.”

Wants a college gig, full time ofcourse! He stated in the article that he would go ANYWHERE! He also loved his year in Memphis coaching under Fuente.

we just don't have room with Dickey as AHC/OC/RB...Dickey is a big part of our success and we're lucky to have him.

CMN recently mentioned a new NCAA provision that allows them to add another coach and that the coach to be added was going to be on the offensive side and working “specifically” with the TE’s... fwiw. Would love to know more, as this is VERY interesting and exciting to look into....

Ken Dillingham is a very young coach (2yrs of experience, but solid) and has responsibilities for QB & TE. Maybe move him to TEs (will be a bigger % of offense given scheme and talent) and hire Blankenship to QB coach.

Good scenarios.

Safe to say we can trust Norvell to make a good hire, regardless of our wishes.
