Why do people put Dillon on a pedestal

Go look at the BYU game video........

One game does not make a career...But hey whatever floats your boat.

So I guess I will be hearing about Austin Halls game against Navy until he is done and how he will be in the league.

I know everyone points to that BYU game as his biggest game. But the ole miss game in 2015 was huge. He played LB, he played DE. Remeber that 3rd and 1 play that ole miss used Robert Nkemdiche as RB? Dillon and Avery busted that thing up.

Jackson has been a superior player at Memphis, and if you haven't seen that you haven't been paying attention. We get Jackson back at dawg and keep Hall at star our run defense should improve by a leap or two with maybe even a bound thrown in there. My reasons for wanting Jackson and Sam to get 6th years are not all altruistic. There is a word for that.

Carter will keep getting better too plus gentry should be Healthy and the young guys gained a lot of experience last year...with a little luck and no major injuries we should be a lot better next year on defense and we're gonna have to be if we don't find a qb that's at least respectable.

Sources r telling me Avery will play on Sundays, but he needs to show big in liberty bowl and combine, he could go between 3rd and 5th
Round depending on a fabulous bowl appearance plus times in combine

Liberty Bowl doesn't matter much at this point...Plenty of game film on him

Combine and interviews will be key

Or maybe the Tulane game at Tulane in 2016 for Hall or maybe that Hall ranks 34th in the country in solo tackles this season or 2nd on the team in total tackles.

Hall is not a bad player...Is he a pro player...NO...He doesn't have the natural skills.

Notwithstanding Hall's pro potential, he has been a very good Tiger FB player. Certainly no one game wonder.

RE: Dillon and Craft to try to get 6th year
Coach Norvell was amazed at what an impact Dillion has on the defense and the team as a whole.

If you listened to ANY of his statements about Jackson, he had nothing but glowing praise.

So, the petty foolishness aside... unless of course, y'all know more about football, the team and what is best for the team than Coach Norvell; then, by all means, continue with the stupidity.

Jackson Dillon and Sam Craft are expecting to be back. They’re going through the process of getting an extra year of eligibility according to head coach Mike Norvell.
