Became only the 5th player in Tiger history to rush for over 1,000 yards. His 1,045 yard ranks 7th overall. With DeAngelo holding down the first three spots and Curtis Steel holding down 4th and 5th single season. Henderson is just 14 yards behind Gerald Arnold for 6th.

He has 1154 yards for the season. Your stats must have been before the AAC championship game. Only 130 carries too for an 8.8 yard per carry avg.

A friend of my who knows football (his father played for the Steelers, was an All-American at West Virginia, and is in the WV Sports Hall of Fame) said DH was one of the best running backs he has seen all year. Called him a "skeeter bug" which is high WV praise.

He is probably the most "explosive" back we've had since DeAngelo .... His ability to accelerate through the hole, and then again at the 2nd level is fun to watch ... I think next year we will have a totally balanced RPO style offense, probably a consistent 50/50 split between run/pass plays ...

DH is just fantastic. A real weapon. If teams think they can focus on the Tiger passing game they will get burned.
