Last I checked they don’t hand out MAC player of the year awards based off a one game head to head matchup. It’s based off a full year body of work, which in this case, Smith is more impressive and if you say otherwise then your on crack.

Smith played 8 MAC games and Ostman 6. If you look on what they accomplished game by game stats, Ostman's overall numbers are better. You really have to look at film to judge their impact on the outcome of the games. Btw, QB is one of the few positions that can change game outcome in all of sports.

Then why wasn't Ostman First Team All-American? And where was Woodside on the First Team All-American Offense? My eyes must be deceiving me these days.
