My money would be more on "domestic" terrorists, as in the ridiculous infestation of a significant # of gang-bangers specifically MS-13 in the DC burbs in Va and Md. I've mentioned this a number of times and used to spend 2-3 days every 2 weeks or so up there for business, family etc.

They're are areas of Alexandria and especially Arlington that you made damn sure you had plenty of gas, it wasn't much after dark if that late at all, and you kept moving.

Guess we'll see, that and it's overrun by illegals all over the place as well. The house I grew up in became a de facto apartment building, or more correctly a flop-house for probably a dozen and a half people living there at any one time. Trash all over, Cars all over the lawn, in the street etc. Broke my Moms heart the last time we were up there and drove by the old place.
