I agree with the #lesswithmore but Cephus, Ellis, Smalls, Montgomery, etc. are all EZF recruits who’ve shown promise in their first year.

I havent seen a cogent Rice offensive series, let alone a single Rice offensive play, that had any sense of purpose or thought in his tenure.
I have yet to see a Rice defense that looked like they were prepared (even in the slightest) under his guidance.

Yeah he’s won a few games in 2018 but the wins were built on the backs of those from bailiffs program.
