Yep, not even aware of games like I used to be.
May take a peek, but other things have a higher priority now.
No rushing to TV or computer to watch this mess.

Samford is really bad, it will not bode well for the rest of the season if they manage to keep this one close.

I live in Nashville and do not have the opportunity to always use my season tickets. I literally cannot give my tickets away, such is the state of the erosion inflicted by Tubby.

Hopefully this will be a good game for the team to improve on. Every game under their belt is so helpful. They have no on court team chemistry, you can just see that they are trying to work things out. GO TIGERS.

As much as I think Tubby was/is a bad hire, Opie really started the downward slope, combined with a general decline in interest in college BB and the Grizz, and you see what we are dealing with here.

Too many years like this, and we are looking at a Houston/DePaul situation.

I agree there are many factors driving attendance. However, Tubby is our coach now. His lack of PR skills, winning, and recruiting (despite his high salary and abundance resources) have drained hope and seeded despair. He is the primary reason for the attendance drop.

No doubt the apathy started at the end of Pastner. Which is also why hiring the Tub was ridiculous. You basically hired a coach that cannot and will not recruit and cannot and will not try to sell the program. He was about the worst possible hire we could have gone with and clearly those who hired him did not spend much time thinking it through.

Yep.

Perhaps he could have been a good hire elsewhere or at a different time.

But not at Memphis in 2016.
