since my liberal friends don't seem to understand the concept, here's what "evidence" of a crime from 40 years ago looks like;

• any sort of a police report where a citizen has reported him sharking after teenagers at a football game.
• any sort of official document indicating that he has been banned from entering a mall.
• any sort of a police report where a concerned parent has reported this grown man sharking their 14 year old daughter.
• pictures of him molesting someone while they were asleep.
• some documentation of him getting his ass kicked by an angry father, brother, or uncle.
• any report from any teacher in any school where the predation was alleged to have taken place. it's unfathomable that a repeat predator would not have generated concern from a teacher or school administrator.
  

what's overwhelming here in terms of evidence is the dog that isn't barking. if this guy was indeed a serial predator, he would have stepped on a tripwire at some point. he would have run into law enforcement. it may well have been incidental, but there would be a report out there. cops don't go to lunch without filing a report, and this is pretty much the reason for it.

I'd add his own statements.

Still that little problem of a Trump or Moore opening their own big mouths and lending credibility to accusers.

So first Moore said he knew the girls and that they were nice young ladies and then later said he never knew either of them and that they were lying?

So which one is it? Did he know them or not?

Just a few key points. I believe there is only one girl who may have been the victim of a crime here. And her testimony is very compelling. If you don't believe her, you're lying to yourself. And you know damned well why these things go unreported, so don't even begin to suggest the 40 years have any bearing here.

The others were all legal relationships as far as I'm aware. That doesn't change the fact that a guy in his 30's was dating girls in high school.

Finally, you have ZERO proof that yearbook page was forged, just like I have no proof it is legitimate, so stop making that erroneous statement please.

The only thing I believe is that when Moore was single and in his 30s, he courted women that were in their late teens and early 20s to marry. Eventually he found one and is still married to her. The fact that none of this nonsense being thrown at him has allegedly occured since then, is enough for me to conclude he is not a pedophile or predator. We could have a legitimate discussions whether or not it is moral for a 30-something to court a 17 year old and it may have gained traction, but the dems instead went with muh sex assault for which there is no evidence and for which the 2 accusers alleging had their stories fall apart.

Just one slight problem here...he's been accused of improper touching and the rest say he dated them while they were still in high school and he was in this 30's. I don't believe anyone is saying he should be disqualified for looking at someone.

I know congress is full of miscreants with myriad personal shortcomings, but this should be one of them that disqualifies you from consideration holding a high office in a national political party. Just sayin'

This thread is about one who was 17. Democrats must think everyone is a moron for not seeing through their hypocrisy.

As I've said, the 14 year old is a problem. The two who claimed he assaulted them would be a problem, but they have no credibility. Basically there is one problem, but the talking points are "THERE ARE NINE!!!!"

Should we take away all of Elvis's gold records since he started dating Priscilla at 15?
