My opinion is that it makes no sense to pay a MAC coach some "top dollar" rate. Anything you would pay a coach would not keep him from taking the next job at Purdue or Kansas. Pay a good salary. And no crazy long-term contracts that would stick us with a coach that can't win. Think MBB.

If you want to spend money make all of our facilities top notch, including softball and baseball which have worse facilities than some high schools.

Agreed. No reason our softball and baseball programs should have subpar facilities.

Does it matter?? Neither team has won **** since their inception. Football makes the money, softball and baseball do not.
