Armed Forces Bowl tie-in with Service Academies for
Camellia Bowl tie with Sunbelt?

I want to give Judy the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she did some serious back room dealing to get 9 schools in bowls.
We need to hear what went down.

The Camellia deal had nothing to do with the texas bowls. We got frisco instead of armed forces. Camellia was shuffling between temple, boca, and the mac. If anyone got screwed, it was the MAC at the hands of espn.

True, you guys got a raw deal. But the rest of us need to remember all those predictions that had C-USA going with only 7 or 8 teams.

Which is a bit surprising considering that ESPN has its MACtion games on Tuesday and Wednesday nights during the regular season.

Y’all have mob mentality already in bowl season and we haven’t even played one game yet lol

As mentioned in another thread it basically came down to this for all intent and purposes

AAC gained Liberty from SEC so they had 1 extra bowl (Boca) that MAC got
Sun Belt had no extra teams
MWC had no extra teams
MAC had 3 extra teams and 2 got left out after trades
CUSA had 2 extra teams after secondary agreements and 1 got left out after trades
