Andy Kennedy led the Blazers with 26 points in the 76-69 win. UAB would lose only 4 games in the Arena over the next four years.

1991 - UAB defeated Prairie View A&M 110-49, the second highest margin of victory ever for the Blazers.

Great atmosphere at that Vandy game and a great win. C.M. Newton, Barry Goheen, and Will Perdue for the Dores.

When's the last time an SEC team that isn't Auburn came to Bartow? Seems like it's been a while.

After so many years at the BJCC coliseum, I remember that first year at Bartow Arena thinking, this is nice, but it just doesn't feel like home. I know think that when we play downtown.

2005–worst game ever for me.
It was my first year in Iowa. A friend flew up from Bham and got us 5 seats right behind UABs bench (courtesy of an assistant coach).
It was the first blizzard I had ever seen, so we let a Minnesota native drive...we somehow took a wrong turn on what should’ve been a perfectly straight drive...made it almost to Kansas before the driver realized we were going the wrong way...missed the game.
My friend got a call from the coach asking why there were 5 empty seats behind him.

If I remember the USF game correctly, it was tied when Delaney went to the line to try to win the game. He missed the first one so everyone was on pins and needles for the 2nd free throw but luckily he hit it.
