Are we starting new threads after every basketball loss? Cause I’m not sure USF really wants to do that.

Hey quo, if you want to start threads dunking on the AAC when Big East teams beat them, I've got a forum nobody's using. CSNBBS Big East Forum (EDIT: The evidence indicates that I am a bad mod. I regret nothing.)

Not sure the AAC forum is the best place for this thread.

Why does it say I started the thread? And what happened to the first post?

A fan of two horrific basketball programs starting a thread specifically to disparage a far superior basketball program reveals emotional development handicaps that will ensure a lifetime of social and professional struggle. This one needs our sympathy.

You're the mod so I'll comply, but it is an AAC result as well so seemed relevant.

X rarely loses at home. They were better prepared to play and had 3 good teams under their belt. We have Florida, Miss St., and UCLA up next. We will see what happens.

I'm sure Cincy is better than today. I tuned in to watch a good UC team and was disappointed. The excuse for getting pretty badly because you are on the road at Cintas Arena just doesn't wash. Almost every team that is a usual in the Top 20 has a great record, especially at home. Villanova, Mich. St, ND, KU, UK, Cincy, WSU, etc. all fit in that category. Cincy just didn't play well and were never a factor today. As I said, I'm sure the Bearcats will straighten it out.

Given what either team has faced up to this point, we weren't going to win this game. I put a lot of money on X.

It's ****** because we needed to be punched in the face like this, it just sucks that the schedule shook out in the way that this was our first test.

And before any of you Shocks come in here trying to relate, you have no idea what this rivalry is like (most of you Shocks are alright, this is just directed those few, insecure chest beaters that come here knowing everything).

This proves one and for all Quo is a clown and not an AAC fan. The dude is even called out by mods on this.

Maybe you should be reading what Shocker fans said on the game thread before getting defensive about it. Your last sentence was pretty much unwarranted.

Take it for what it's worth, but I've always found the greatest mods are those that are fairly invisible with their moderating action. Step in when there's a serious thread-shitter or relentless spammer, but if a guy like Quefe wants to offer himself up as a sacrifice to the AAC community by making retarded statements, we are more than capable of handling him.

Governmental interference nearly always creates a market imbalance allowing a weak actor to persist in their free-riding behavior.

Read my edit....i was just getting out ahead of a few posters that I anticipated chiming in based on my experiences on this board since Witchita joined the American. I know most of you are with us.

There is not a Shocker fan on planet earth happy about Cincy's loss to a Pee League school.

I'm not trying to be a tool here but to add to my point, Baylor had a 46 game OOC home win streak broken at Baylor today. All Top 20 teams overwhelmingly win at home. Xavier isn't unique in that fashion. Good Luck next game.
