We had the one side basically full from goal line to goal line. Akron brought nobody.

Too many pseudo OSU/Michigan fans in Toledo. The local newspaper was touting the game as a blowout.

Yeah we don't even come close to that 45k last year if we weren't one of the biggest stories in college football last year. I knew quite a few people who went with no rooting interest in the game, but they wanted to see us go for the undefeated season.

OU brought nobody last year, we brought 45,000. Even if it was all UT fans, they should have had way more than 16k.

Akron can't draw flies to home games.

Their new president said the stadium would've never been built if he was there at the time.
