I couldn’t watch first half but seems like the defense is playing really well. Finish strong and that’s some huge momentum heading into a bowl game

The call on the field should not have reversed since no video evidence was incontrovertible. That's the basic premise of video review vs on field calls

Well that sucks.

Adeyini was robbed. That was NOT targeting. The refs screwed that kid out of a half of our bowl game. Horrendous call. Is there any appeals process?

No way that was targeting. Worse call EVER in the history of NCAA Football. This officiating crew SUCKS. MAC Commissioner won’t do squat about them either.

I am so angry right now. These refs stole a portion of a bowl game away from that kid.

He'll miss the first half of our bowl game and it was mentioned he may not be allowed to attend the trophy presentation.
The trophy presentation, by the way can be seen on ESPN3.

By the letter of the rule, it was targeting. Lowered his head and made forcible contact with the crown of the helmet. That's targeting, according to the rule.

I don't think he meant to do it. Think he was trying to lead with the shoulder, but the player got spun into him, but regardless, he did hit him with the crown of the helmet. Certainly sucks he will miss half the bowl game.
