I agree ASU would beat FSU this year for sure. FSU may have the uniform with more name recognition, but that wouldn't matter on the field.

I’ll be pulling for New Mexico St. but if they lose perhaps MTSU backs into the Arizona Bowl.

He didnt do his MAC homework...
Quick lane bowl in Detroit has a MAC backup so TT will not play there.

5 of 7 bowl eligible teams from MAC bowling??? Wont happen. Massey composite ranks our league above the MWC, CUSA, and SBC.

6 WIN Buffalo ended with 2 wins to get eligible (1 over 8 win Ohio) and they also beat FAU. That makes them about the most attractive 6 win G5. YOUD THINK.

Toledo wont play App again in Mobile. We played em last season and our AD will do whatever to avoid that.

WMU staying home may happen but their losses were 11-2 USC, 10-2 Toledo, 9-3 Michigan State, 8-4 NIU, 8-4 CMU, and 7-5 Akron. Tough sleddin.

Anything can happen in bowl games. Tech plays up for bowl games so I'm confident we can get a win if we play SMU.

The most attractive 6-win G5’s are the ones that will put butts in the seats in stadiums in the south. That’s not most MAC schools. I bet buffalo is the worst.

Why? New Orleans is a destination bowl and Troy has a hell of a team. Other then the fact they were once both in the SBC together that should be a good bowl.

Agree, NO bowl against a tough Troy team would be easy travel and a fun time. They seem to be frustrated with our bowl lineup and its lack of a clear tier system.

I feel like it's mainly because both programs have already played each other enough during UNT's Sun Belt tenure. I doubt either program is interested in playing a 4-years-removed Sun Belt matchup.

Not a slight to UNT.

Sorry the midwest has 1 tie in... You cant slight the conference because southern teams wont play in the cold.

I have absolutely no interest in FAU playing MAC schools. 1 - inferior opponent. 2 - no viewing interest.

It isn't taken that way. It is also not a slight to Troy that I do not want to play them. I feel like Troy is in the same situation. I do not feel like Troy is an inferior opponent. I just do not know if any of the casual fans that come to game because it sounds like a fun thing to do realize we are no longer in a conference with Troy.
I want to play a school we have not played very often.
