Probation should scare Ole Miss the most. Boosters can't stop cheating, just read the NCAA report. Rebs get caught cheating while on probation, then they might get what you and I thought they should have got this time.

Seriously, OM's 'ceiling' is always going to be around 2nd in the $EC west since you can bank on either Auburn/LSU/Alabama winning the division. Now that aTm's in the West and finally getting a really good coach, OM's ceiling is going to be middle of the pack no matter if they got sanctions or not.

Actually, I would add that not only is it a good day due to OM sanctions, UT's implosion but aTm getting a very, very good coach pretty much seals the deal on Arkansas and OM (and to a degree) Misstake. I don't envision any of those teams getting to Atlanta in the next 5 years or so (minimum). That should help us in head-to-head recruiting battles with them.
