28-13 Maine after 1. This looks like the KU UT men's game. Maine is completely schooling the Rockets on both ends of the floor. Stunning.

Defense is picking up, but offense still in a funk. 28-16

UT clock operator causes a UT turnover, as the shot clock buzzer went off about 2 seconds after UT had the ball and was driving down the court, causing Santucci to stop playing and thus a pass not connecting. So, nothing much going right at all.

Maine is a well coached team, but UT is just killing themselves with attempted passes through 3 defenders, poor rebounding and just overall lethargic play. Boyd looked exhausted at the end of the half, but no one else seemed to be showing any energy either.

Toledo is not handling the Maine zone defense. Hopefully, TC can coach them up at halftime. UT defense was much improved in 2Q.
