I think season ticket holders got priority to purchase their own seat for the title game, but had to order them within a couple days or they were released for sale to anyone

Apparently less than 3,000 now according to Marc Daniels last night.

That's excellent news if that's the case!

I went back a year to check my emails...
On 14 November, when we were in contention for the division, emails went out identifying that applications to get your season seats for the CCG were available, and the deadline would be Sunday 27 November. Then when Navy clinched the West against ECU, the "Yay, us!" email included "Navy has the chance to host the AAC Championship game..." and again laid out the process: Season ticket holders had through Sunday after Thanksgiving and then after that seats were to be released.

We were confirmed to host the next Saturday evening - less than seven full days' time before the game.

Season ticket holders had 36 hours to pull the trigger, but had two weeks to THINK about whether they would pull the trigger.

UCF fans are now starting to worry that Nebraska fans will be attending the AAC championship game.

As long as students show up, it'll be a good showing. Certainly much better than the Pac-12 championship.

Pac12 CCG crowd looking weak. Hoping we do better. I’ll be there in a group of 10...

Frost looked a bit more (lost, tired, reading endless pages of a contract) distracted than Norvell at the Q&A today, just sayin'.
